We have seen technological equipment, systems, and tools go by and get replaced at a very rapid rate by its more innovative conceptual counterparts in a specified time frame. For instance, I see before my eyes dial-up connections getting pushed to near extinction by faster and equally
affordable internet connections. With this, I highly suggest you make it a point to regularly do something you either constantly forget doing, or just don't have the capacity to do. Well, that's to carefully analyze the equipment you plan on acquiring, in relation to its present viability and its future value. Yes, I also suggest you consider such factors as devaluation and inflation.
With this, I highly advise you to control yourself and keep your mind clear from the thought (yes, even the mere thought!) of acquiring a high-end handheld TV! This is mainly because most, if not all, handheld TVs out in the current market are dependent on analog transmissions. Since analog TV broadcasting would be pushed out of existence by about three years time, then you would've bought something which you would only have use for about that long a time, or even less! Don't blame me, for even I don't understand why these manufacturers tend to exploit the stupidity and vanity of most people! Come to think of it, I think those two aspects come hand in hand in these manufacturers' list of profitable human qualities!
But, if you can't seem to restrain yourself from buying these
handheld TVs, I suggest you acquire one with digital tuning capabilities as well as analog transmission functionality. This way, you assure yourself of acquiring a tool which you would have more time to use. Better yet, get a mobile phone with TV tuning capabilities! I think you'd even have an easier time searching the present market for a mobile phone with TV tuning capabilities than a high-end handheld TV with both digital and analog transmission capabilities!
